Godwin Fiagbor is an impact-driven leader with over 15 years of experience in project management, education technology, financial systems, and business management. Godwin joined Edify in 2011 as its first international staff member; he currently serves as the Vice President of West African Programs. He has held multiple leadership roles within Edify, including Ghana Country Director.
Prior to his tenure at Edify, Godwin honed his financial expertise as the Operations Manager for the Electronic Banking Department at CAL Bank for four years. Godwin is certified in Project Management and is a Prince2 and ITIL certified professional. Specializing in strategy design, donor engagement, and capacity building, Godwin provides consultancy in the areas of education, technology, financial management, and social impact.
He holds an MBA in Business Management from the University of the People, California, and a B.Sc. in Chemistry (Honors) from the University of Cape Coast. Godwin is deeply committed to solving complex challenges and passionate about leveraging education technology to improve lives and empower the next generation. Outside work, he enjoys music, playing the keyboard, and spending time impacting the youth, developing their leadership skills and spiritual lives.
