Paul is the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Aetion, a leading health care technology company. Paul has more than 20 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and organizational development to solidify and amplify the long-term impact of growing, mission-driven enterprises in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
As the Executive Director of First Fruit, Inc., Paul deployed grants and impact investments to more than 1,000 organizations working in 100 of the poorest and least-free nations in the world. At Amgen, Paul was part of the deal team that acquired Enbrel, at one point the world’s third largest-selling pharmaceutical, and San Francisco-based Tularik before becoming the head of international licensing. He has previously worked for APM Management Consulting (now DXC Technology). Paul is a co-founder of Rising Tide and the IC — the former is an NGO accelerator serving faith-inspired leaders throughout mainland China and the latter is a ministry collaborative focused on India.
Paul was educated at Brown University and the Wharton School of Business. He is married to Eliza, has two children, Malia and Jeremiah, and lives in San Diego, CA.
