Myles joined Edify in August 2021 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Edify, Myles served as the International Director for Tearfund UK where he was responsible for overseeing and supporting the work of Tearfund in over 50 countries around the world. Before that, Myles worked for World Vision for 21 years serving in program leadership, regional operations leadership, and a global strategy role. He worked and lived in Azerbaijan, Sierra Leone, Mauritania, Cambodia, Kenya, and Australia.
Myles holds a BSc in Management Studies and Operational Research, and an MBA in Leadership from Eastern University. He continues to learn, most recently completing a certificate in Leading Organisations in Disruptive Times. Myles is married to Lydia, and together they have three high-energy boys Matteo, Louca, and Jean-Marc. He enjoys sports and supports his sons in rugby and track and field, as well as competing in triathlons, and most recently has immersed himself into cold water swimming in the lakes and rivers of the UK.
