Gayle joined Edify in May of 2022. She enjoyed a 30-year career at the Boeing Company prior to joining Edify, where she served in various senior roles across the Engineering, Corporate Services, and Human Resource functions. Gayle’s contributions were in the areas of Human Resource strategy tailored to support the growth and sustainability of the organization. Her most recent roles were Director of Learning and Development and Engineering Workforce Development.
Gayle currently serves as the Vice-Chair of Providence Heights, a Christian nonprofit organization with the mission to equip and connect women to deepen their faith and discover their purpose to disciple and lead across generations.
Gayle earned her undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University in Mechanical and Materials Engineering and holds two master’s degrees from Pepperdine University, one in Business Administration and the other in Education Learning Technology. Gayle is married to Warren and they have the privilege and blessing of raising their wonderful daughter Amani.
Gayle enjoys spending time with her family traveling, being outdoors, listening to jazz, reading, and has recently started to play the cello.
