Meet the new CEO of Edify

Debbie Hall

Chair

Debbie Hall works to combine her business and non-profit background with her passions for building teams, giving ‘servant leadership’ to small groups and organizations, and working to address the problem of extreme poverty in the developing world. She has a strong consulting and marketing background having worked for The Boston Consulting Group, two technology start-ups, and her own marketing consulting practice.

Debbie serves on the board of Village Enterprise, working to break the cycle of poverty in East Africa by creating sustainable incomes and savings for the rural poor. She is active at Menlo Church, leading a weekly Bible study and serving on a related board, Church of the Pioneers Foundation, that provides housing support and real estate management for the church. She helps lead a local women’s giving circle that makes grants to nonprofits serving women and girls globally. She holds a BA in economics from Duke University and an MBA from Stanford University. Debbie and her husband Russ live in Menlo Park, CA and part-time in McKinney, Texas with their daughter, son-in-law and three granddaughters.
